Return and Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
We value and believe in our handcrafted products. We appreciate your opinions and contentment where we aim for you to experience the beauty and quality of handcrafted items on a daily basis. If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your product.
We offer refunds of purchased items that are returned unused and unwashed in good condition as delivered. Returned with the receipt and in the same packaging. For the returns, delivery charges are the responsibility of the customers and will not be refunded from the main cost.
Please note that customers are responsible for the costs and safe return delivery of the products and once received, the exchange or refund will be made. Therefore, using a Tracked delivery service for the returns may be a good choice as we will not hold responsibility for the unreceived product.
The Refund and Exchanges procedure is,
- As soon as you wish to refund please inform us via email at email@example.com Refunds can not be accepted if we have no receipt of your intention.
- Please prepare the product for return delivery the same way it was delivered. Same packaging and tags. The product should be unused and in good condition. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once your items have been received and accepted, we will successfully refund the amount of your item to your card of purchase. The delivery and extra costs, such as duty and import taxes will not be refunded as they are not the responsibility of Multilocal. Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges will be shipped out once items for exchange have been received.
